Mike Cubberly, Founder
Mike Cubberly founded Bottle Rocket Growth in 2024 after more than a decade building and scaling go-to-market teams at B2B tech companies. Prior roles span Verkada (cloud physical security), Glencoco (sales development marketplace), Primer (B2B signal and targeting), and RevGenius (revenue professionals community).
At BRG, Mike owns strategy, ICP workshops, messaging development, and client relationship management. For DFY and IOY engagements, Mike runs the kickoff and tracks campaign performance weekly with each client.
His focus is helping organizations treat growth as a tangible milestone through disciplined outbound, signal-based prospecting, and messaging that prioritizes prospect context over generic automation.
Specialist Network
BRG maintains a network of specialist contractors who contribute to engagements based on scope and vertical. Roles include:
- List builders: Apollo, Clay, and vertical-specific data specialists for signal-based prospect sourcing.
- LinkedIn sender operators: Trained operators managing borrowed sender profiles across DFY engagements.
