Outbound, aimed at events.

Conferences, summits, and trade shows are the highest-density buying signal in B2B. Attendees have committed travel, time, and budget around a topic. We turn that into a targeted list and a campaign that lands while the topic is still front of mind.

§01 / Why Events

Registration is a declaration.

Most intent signals are inferred. Event attendance is voluntary, public, and time-bound. When a buyer registers, they have already done four things you would otherwise spend months trying to read between the lines on.

01
Topic commitment
They opted into a specific subject, vendor ecosystem, or category. The category is the qualifier.
02
Budget posture
Travel approved, time blocked, ticket paid. The internal sign-off has already happened.
03
Time-bound window
There is a before, during, and after. Each has a different optimal message.
04
High-attention mode
During the event, attendees are on their phones, on LinkedIn, between sessions. Reply rates rise.
§02 / Delivery Models

Three ways to run it.

Data is the foundation. The difference between models is how much of the campaign BRG runs and which sender profiles do the outreach. Sender profiles are billed separately, monthly. Pricing details below.

Tier 01 / Done For You

DFY

We source. We send. We triage.

Starting at
$6,000/ month
$2,000 per rented profile, per month. Three profile minimum. 1 to 3 month term based on event proximity. Data included.

We build the list, set up the campaign and messaging in HeyReach, and execute through rented LinkedIn profiles we provide. Replies route to inboxes BRG monitors. Meetings come back to your calendar.

  • Targeted attendee list (data included)
  • HeyReach campaign & messaging built
  • Sequencing & sender pacing configured
  • Rented profiles run by BRG
  • Reply triage & meeting hand-off
  • Weekly reporting
Best for: teams without sender capacity, or one-off events where the org does not want to spin up internal motion.
Tier 03 / Data Only

Data

Just the list. You take it from there.

Starting at
$500/ event
One-time fee per event. Scales with contact volume. No profiles, no campaign setup, no monthly term.

The targeted attendee list, fit-scored and priority-tiered, in CSV. No campaign setup, no sending, no profile management. Just data.

  • Companies & titles matched to people
  • LinkedIn URLs where verifiable
  • Fit score (0 to 100)
  • Priority tier classification
  • CSV delivery, ready for any tool
Best for: teams with their own outbound infrastructure who need targeted event data fast.
§03 / Event Coverage

Any event with a discoverable audience.

Vendor conferences, vertical summits, regional roadshows, association meetings. If there is a registration list, an exhibitor floor, a public attendee profile, or a session catalog, we can build around it. Examples below are illustrative, not exhaustive.

§04 / Process

Five steps from event to inbox.

The mechanics are tight enough to run a campaign in under two weeks for most events, including same-week launches if the event is already underway.

  1. Name the event & the slice
You tell us the event and your target audience. We confirm the contact volume, the timeline, and which delivery model fits.
  2. List built within 48 hours
We pull from public attendee data, exhibitor lists, session speakers, and signal sources. Fit-scored, priority-tiered, ready to review.
  3. Strategy & copy approved
For DFY and IOY, we propose the sequence, the sender voice, and the message variants. You sign off before anything ships.
  4. Outreach runs
DFY: we execute. IOY: your team runs the playbook through your profiles. Data: we hand over the file. All paths kick off the same week.
  5. Reporting & reuse
Acceptance, reply, and meeting metrics by sender and segment. The list and the playbook are reusable for the next event in the calendar.
  6. Iterate or stand down
After the event window, decide: retainer the motion across the next quarter's events, or hold for the next conference your team cares about.
§05 / Proof

A recent mid-cycle test.

Numbers from a recent event campaign launched after the conference had already started. The cycle was already in motion when outreach began, which compresses the working window and biases attendee attention toward LinkedIn during sessions.

70%
LinkedIn Acceptance
60%
Reply Rate
One reply across the run came back as "I'm not attending." Every other response engaged with the topic. The combination of relevance (registered attendee) and timing (mid-event attention) pulled response rates well above what cold outbound typically clears.
Caveat worth stating: events drive elevated LinkedIn activity, so mid-event windows are easier than pre- or post-event. Pre-event windows still outperform topic-only cold lists, but expect the spread to narrow.

Tell us the event.
We'll come back with the list.

Send the conference, the date, and the slice you want. We'll come back with a list size estimate, a model recommendation, and a delivery timeline within one business day.
