EventEnricher

Sample Output · Worked example: SAP Sapphire '26

You hand us a partner-supplied registration list with just company names and titles. No names, no emails, no phone numbers. We hand back attendees matched to specific LinkedIn profiles, fidelity-scored, priority-tiered, and ready for lunch invites or direct outreach. The sample below is framed around SAP Sapphire '26, but the workflow runs on any event roster where you have companies and titles but no contact info.

§01 — Tier Analysis

Two tiers, two strategies.

Priority 1 captures the highest-signal titles (Head of Agile, VP Transformation, etc.). Priority 2 broadens the net to individual contributors and specialists who often drive tooling decisions.

Priority 1

Strategic Decision-Makers

SCORE 90 – 100 · 34 ROWS
17/34
50% match rate
Senior SAP and transformation leaders. Notable hits: Blair Venkatesh (Chevron, Head of SAP Cloud Migration), Quentin Fairchild (AutoZone, VP S/4HANA Transformation), Maren Hedegaard (Air Products, VP Supply Chain Systems), Vera Venkatesh (Colgate-Palmolive, VP SAP Platform Engineering).
Priority 2

Practitioners & Platform Owners

SCORE 80 – 89 · 174 ROWS
76/174
43.7% match rate
SAP admins, developers, architects, and senior practitioners. Notable hits: Sage Tilghman (Home Depot, Director SAP Platform Operations), Amit Desai (The Coca-Cola Company, Master Data Governance Lead), Vikram Hargrove (Gilead Sciences, SAP Integration Suite Architect), Laila Larkspur (Pioneer Natural Resources, Director Agile SAP Delivery).
§02 — Seniority Mix

Where the matches land.

The 93 matched attendees span from SVP down to hands-on administrator. A mix like this is healthy for enterprise-software audiences that skew toward practitioners with executive sponsorship nearby.

SVP / EVP
6
Top of funnel, exec-level targets
Vice President
20
Budget-holders and initiative owners
Head of /Chief
7
Functional owners, often sole decider
Director
12
PMO, agile delivery, digital product
Manager / IC
3
Middle-layer operators
Admin / Engineer
45
SAP tooling practitioners & champions
§03 — Highlight Reel

Lunch invite priorities.

Nine matches at fidelity 95 or higher that hit the sweet spot of title relevance, company fit, and US-based location.

§04 — Unmatched Analysis

Why 115 rows didn't match.

Honesty about the gaps. 55.3% of rows at 80+ came back without a confirmed LinkedIn, and the reasons cluster into four buckets.

69

Title too generic to disambiguate

Large enterprises return 20+ profiles matching the exact title. Capital One VP Software Engineering has over 20 people. Fidelity VP Architecture has 20+. Without a seating list or registration email, we can't isolate the right individual. Recommended fix: manual LinkedIn review OR request registration emails from the event organizer.

41

No exact title match found

The enrichment workflow returned zero contacts for the filter, usually because the attendee uses a non-LinkedIn-public title or the title appears only internally. Common in mid-size companies where the registrant may use a job family label (e.g., "SAP Engineer") rather than their formal LinkedIn title.

4

Partial company match only

Company names like Talos Trading, Pike Corporation, and Freeosk either had ambiguous LinkedIn pages or the company doesn't maintain an active LinkedIn presence. Searches returned parent entities or unrelated namesakes.

1

Non-US based

Impact Masters & Africa's Talking is Nairobi-based, outside the sample event's target geo. Flagged and excluded.

§05 — Complete Dataset

§06 — Pricing Transparency

Three ways to buy.

Flat rate per event, with volume discounts for commitment. No per-row fees, no surprise overages, no tool credits to track. Pick the tier that matches your event cadence. Everything below the tier cards is included in every option.

Option A · Single Event
$3,500/event
No commitment · Pay as you go
$3,500 total · single invoice
  • One enrichment deliverable, start to finish
  • Invoiced Net 15 on delivery
  • Zero upfront, zero retainer required
  • Standard 2–3 business day turnaround
Best if you're testing the workflow on one event before committing to a cadence.
Option C · Annual Package
$2,250/event
Save $1,250/event · 36% off
6 events/year minimum · billed per event
$13,500 annual minimum · no upfront
  • $2,250 per event, Net 15 on each delivery
  • 6-event annual commitment, contract anniversary true-up
  • Unused events at year-end are still invoiced
  • Additional events beyond 6 at the same $2,250 rate
  • Rush 24-hour turnaround included, no upcharge
Best if you have an active event calendar (flagship conferences, channel partner events, industry summits, user groups) and want the locked-in rate without paying anything upfront.
Included in every tier
Every deliverable, regardless of tier, ships with all six of the following. No upcharges, no add-on SKUs.
01Attendee list ingestion. Accepts CSV or Excel with just company and title columns at minimum. Other columns welcome but not required.
02Full enrichment workflow. Title fuzzy-matching, US location filter, fidelity scoring per match, 0–100 scale.
03Priority tiering. Strategic decision-makers separated from practitioners so outreach can be segmented by seniority.
04Match notes per row. Transparent reasoning on why a match was made, or why it wasn't. No black-box scoring.
05Interactive HTML report. Delivered as a hosted link or static file. Filterable, sortable, exportable.
06Clean CSV deliverable. Ready for HeyReach, Apollo, Salesforce, or any outbound tool your team uses.
Optional Add-Ons · Outbound Infrastructure
